MEET OUR TEAM

WARREN EALES

Chief Executive Officer

Warren brings over 29 years of experience in project planning and management, gained through the successful delivery of high-value, multi-million-dollar projects across a range of sectors, including power, rail, mining, civil infrastructure, buildings, material handling, education, and oil & gas. As Chief Executive Officer of EVRA Consulting, he leads the firm with a commitment to technical excellence and strategic insight.

He is a recognised specialist in Forensic Delay Analysis and Expert Witness services, with deep expertise from both planning and quantum perspectives. Warren has extensive experience in the preparation and presentation of contractual claims and delay analyses under a wide variety of standard contract forms, including NEC3, FIDIC, JBCC, and GCC. He has been appointed as a Planning Expert Witness in numerous adjudications and arbitrations for leading clients in South Africa and the United Kingdom.

Throughout his career, Warren has contributed to projects for a number of major international and regional organisations, including EMCOR, Murray & Roberts, Driver Group, Sir Robert McAlpine, Transport for London, the UK Department for Education, Bouygues, Siemens, De Beers, Group Five, SunEdison, Liviero, DB Thermal, Mota-Engil, and Stefanutti Stocks.

He is highly proficient in industry-standard planning software, including Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Asta Powerproject, and CCS.

JUAN FOURIE

Chief Operating Officer

Johan brings over 15 years of experience in project planning and management, with a strong track record of success on large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects across the mining, civil, and building sectors. As Chief Operating Officer at EVRA Consulting, he oversees the firm’s operational functions, ensuring seamless project execution and the delivery of high-quality consulting services.

In addition to his operational leadership, Johan is a recognised expert in contractual claims and forensic delay analysis. He brings valuable insight into the investigation and resolution of project delays, with a comprehensive understanding of both planning methodologies and contractual frameworks. His expertise supports clients in mitigating risk and navigating complex project challenges.

Johan has in-depth experience across both the execution and feasibility phases of major projects. He is highly skilled in the development, coordination, and presentation of contractual project programmes, and has worked extensively under a range of standard contract forms, including NEC3, FIDIC, and JBCC.

Throughout his career, Johan has contributed to key projects for prominent clients in South Africa, including Wesizwe Platinum, Liviero, Stefanutti Stocks, De Beers, Group Five, Anglo American, Murray & Roberts, and Siemens.

Operations Director

Donovan serves as our Operations Director, playing a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across the organisation. He brings a wealth of expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and business operations, supported by a solid background in corporate finance, regulatory compliance, and performance optimisation.

 

With a results-oriented leadership style, Donovan has been instrumental in improving operational efficiency, strengthening financial controls, and supporting the achievement of sustainable, long-term growth.

 

His attention to detail, combined with a forward-thinking approach to innovation, ensures that the organisation’s operations run seamlessly and remain fully aligned with industry regulations and best practices.
