WARREN EALES
Chief Executive Officer
Warren Eales – I have over 26 years project management and planning expertise gained on projects within various sectors and industries. I have an extensive commercial background, coupled with experience in the preparation and presentation of contractual claims and forensic delay analysis.
JUAN FOURIE
Chief Operating Officer
Juan Fourie has over 12 years of planning and project management experience gained on
multi-million-dollar projects within various sectors including, mining, civil, and buildings.
He has experience from a planning perspective on both execution phase and feasibility
phase of a project. Juan Fourie has knowledge and experience in the preparation and
presentation of contractual project programmes under most forms of contract including
NEC3, FIDIC, and JBCC.
He has worked on projects for leading companies in South Africa including Wesizwe
Platinum, Liviero, Stefanutti Stocks, De Beers, Group Five, WHBO, Murray & Roberts,
Concor, Anglo Platinum, and Siemens.
